How will I know when/if my order ships?

You will receive email notification when the order ships, along with tracking information. You will also receive a confirmation email when the order is successfully placed, and another when it goes into processing for fulfillment. You can also view your order status online. All previous orders are available via your account's Order History.

What will it cost to ship my order?

All domestic ground orders ship for a low flat rate of $6.00 except for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO/FPO and other military addresses. For all other orders, our site provides the various shipping options and prices depending on weight and destination. All shipping, taxes, any other fees will be provided during the checkout process. All costs will be clearly stated prior to collecting any payment information.

We also offer express shipping options for domestic deliveries for an additional fee.

How do you handle backorders?

Sometimes we allow certain items to oversell if that item is currently on order and in transit to us. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will usually hold the entire order until the out of stock item arrives to us, and then we ship out the order in its entirety. This allows us to keep costs down to continue offering flat rate shipping.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you would like to return or exchange a product, simply contact our Customer Care Consultant and we will arrange a return for a small restocking fee. No returns or refunds on opened or used products. Read our return policy for more information.

How do I search for products?

We offer an easy to use search bar in the upper right hand corner. Simply type in a search keyword and hit enter and our site will display all relevant products that match your description.

How do I find products by brand?

Simply click on the "All Manufacturers" link at the very bottom of any page to view all the manufacturers available at AdventureJoes.com. Alternatively you can view our manufacturers list.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account at AdventureJoes.com is easy and secure. Simply visit our Sign Up Page and fill in your personal information.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

If you happen to forget the password for your account simply use our Reset Password Tool to setup a new password. Once you have supplied your email address to the reset password tool you will be emailed instructions on how to reset your password. If all goes well you will be taken to your account where you will be able to choose a new password.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept money orders. Please ensure money orders are made out for the full and appropriate amount in US dollars.

How do I pay with a money order?

During the checkout process, simply click the “Pay With Money Order” button. You will receive a confirmation email, but your order will not ship until the money order is received. Please make sure money orders are for the complete order total made out in US dollars. Mail money order and a copy of your order to:

Is your ordering system secure?

All transactions take place over 100% secure, SSL server. Once you are taken to the payment info page of our shopping cart, you will notice the LOCK or KEY in your browser, indicating that the transaction is being done over a secure server.
